Morgan is proactive on communication and scheduling. Cliff and his team are AMAZING!!!!!! He and his team are all about customer satisfaction. We had them install a new wood retaining wall, paver driveway, sidewalk, steps and porch, it is all better than we could have imagined! The paver work is so beautiful my husband doesn't want to park our cars in our driveway! Cliff was so knowledgeable about all the products and his design sense is fantastic. He made multiple trips to our home and I met with him at the stone yard to pick exactly what we wanted. The team of gentlemen were amazing also! They were such hard workers, polite, professional and always cleaned up the job site. We are so happy with them we are going to have them come back do a paver patio for us. We also had lighting installed in the driveway, sidewalk and steps by Circuit Solutions, who were also fantastic, so even at night our pavers are gorgeous!

I contracted for a walkway, short retaining wall, a planting bed and a couple other small projects. The finished products were of outstanding quality and fully met my high expectations. I know the paver walkway was built well and to industry standard. The vendor was easy to work with. When issues popped up, they were very responsive and cooperative. I competed the core job with five vendors and Thurston Turf and Paver was by far the best bang for the buck. I fully trust the jobs were one right and the vendor will stand behind their work. Cliff is a straight shooter.

Before beginning our project Cliff came out several times to take measurements, saying that he didnot want any surprises cost wise for us, and there were none. He brought the lead of his team to collaborate with him and walked us through the paver selection .During the project , his lead paver suggested a nice curved solution that echoed a curve in another area. We have received so many compliments on our project and it continues to be beautiful . We will absolutely use Thurston Turf and Pavers when we are ready to finish the rest of our yard.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the owner, to the foreman and his workers as well as the office staff.My backyard was completely transformed beyond my expectations. Cliff helped me refine my ideas into a cohesive plan and choose appropriate materials. Amazing experience with them! From the Initial estimate to the finished project, this business was phenomenal to work with!! The work crew was amazing, polite, efficient, and had us come out and look to make sure it was what we liked and expected. Cliff is the owner had the best communication. He didn’t hesitate to work with any changes we had and his pricing was fantastic. He came and visited the site twice and volunteered to come out more if needed. Yes, this is as good as it gets! I had two walkways and a patio put in and they did an excellent job. They are fast and efficient and very hard working! It made me tired just watching them. I had four bids from different companies. I told them my budget and a general idea of what I wanted to accomplish and I made it clear that I am not a landscape designer so I'm looking for ideas. Cliff paid attention to what I was saying and took my original idea and scaled it to fit my budget and made a couple very nice changes to bring it all together. I can sit in my backyard now and really enjoy my new patio along with my flowers and garden. Yes, I would hire them again and yes, I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I can't say enough excellent things about Thurston Turf and Pavers. Cliff, Juan, Bernardo, and Alberto were so professional every step of the way. Let me start off with Cliff. He came on pretty short notice to provide a detailed quote regarding my front and backyard. My lawn was in terrible shape so I decided to get turf installed. The backyard has a pretty drastic slope, but I really wanted to put a play area in for my child. Cliff recommended putting in a grade wall towards the back corner which was an excellent idea. I shopped around with several different turf companies and Thurston's prices were very very reasonable considering all the work I asked to be done. Next, the crew for the project. JUST WOW. Juan, Bernardo, Alberto and the rest did such a fantastic job. it was supposed to be an 8 day project but they got it done in 7. Their craftsmanship is PHENOMENAL! Juan was also keeping me updated throughout the project in regards to what they were going to work on each day. They also did a final walk through just to make sure my family was satisfied with the work. If you need to get any hardscaping or turf installed, I would highly recommend Thurston Turf and Pavers.

After getting several bids I decided to go with Thurston Turf and Pavers. I chose to go with Cliff and his team because he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He brought about 12 samples for me to choose from. Cliff talked to me in detail about all of his samples and made several recommendations based on the desired look that I wanted. I went with his recommendation and it turned out to be perfect choice.On the morning of the install Cliff and his team arrived right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They explained the install process to me at each point and answered all of my questions. The install was completed ahead of schedule and I was blown away. The turf was installed flawlessly.The following day Cliff returned to my home and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the install. I was. The install exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. A couple of weeks after the install a mole burrowed underneath the turf causing it to rise and sink in some areas. I contacted Cliff and he immediately provide me with assistance to fix the problem at no extra cost.Going with Thurston Turf and Pavers was the absolute best choice that I could have made. I was impressed that his service and assistance did not end after the install. I would highly recommend Cliff and his team to anyone wanting a beautiful and professionally done turf install. Thurston Turf and Pavers did a great job on our retaining walls. They are a very communicative, honest, amenable and hard-working group of guys. They cleaned up at the end of each day too which is a plus cause not everyone does that! I hadn’t gotten other estimates so can’t comment much on price but Cliff made such a good impression they were hard to pass up. Definitely have them out if you are considering having pavers installed, they know what they’re doing and did an excellent job!

Hired Thurston Turf and Pavers to replace two old paved patio areas both having drainage problems. After getting several estimates all using the same installation and materials, Cliff offered the best price by far. His crew completed the job in two and a half days, working nonstop even in poor weather. They even took the extra step of putting down plywood sheets to protect the grass. Cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. The new patios are perfect, exactly what we wanted. His crew are true craftsmen. Very impressed. We had a large paver patio and front walkway put in as well as fencing and a large fenced vegetable garden. We started with the paver project and were so impressed by their work that we added additional projects as we went. They had to remove an existing wood deck and asphalt walkway before they could even begin the work. The weather was terrible; cold and snowy and our team (Jorge G, Jonathon and Omar) showed up every day of the project. They were wonderful to work with and very professional. They went above and beyond and moved plants so they would not be damaged and left the work site clean each day when they left. They even went so far as to power wash our driveway when they were all done. Our driveway had never been that clean! Cliff and Juan guided our work every step of the way. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have had a lot of work done and this was probably our most timely and smoothest project to date.

We had a wood deck and concrete patio and sidewalk taken out by Thurston Turf & Pavers, and replaced the whole area with pavers. Cliff and Juan helped us throughout the process, explaining options for the landing and a bench for seating. The crew worked very hard and were very conscientious and precise in everything they did. Cleaned up nightly, showed up everyday, very pleasant and polite. The Project Manager, Juan, and owner, Cliff made regular stops to check progress. I had a wonderful experience working with Thurston Turf and Pavers. My wife and I wanted to completely remodel our backyard and they did not disappoint. They removed our old concrete patio and disposed of the concrete for us. We had pavers installed which came out amazing. The owner, Cliff, even met us at one of the paver showrooms to help us choose a color and style that best met our request. The work was done within a week and the on-site team was very courteous. They also installed our gazebo and drilled it into our pavers for us. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for high quality at an affordable price.

Thurston Turf and Pavers were an excellent outfit to work with. Recently purchased a home and inherited collapsed French drains, and water pooling in the back yard. During the initial appointment the Cliff was able to identify some of the problems in the property. He discussed some concepts for the overall project. He was highly receptive to the consumer's goal and vision. He provided effective options to rectify the identified erosion from many years of neglect. Additionally, he provided another more permanent option to prevent further erosion to the property. Cliff, Maciel, and their hard working team members we able to execute grading of the property, new piped drainage solution, an amazing expanded patio, walkways around the property, a very organic flowing retaining wall and a super cool wood burning firepit! Only outfit in the Thurston area to be competitively priced while not sacrificing on their commitment to meet the consumer's vision. Definitely would recommend to others. Cliff is very professional and knowledgeable. When we first called him we talked about different options. He spent numerous hours with us even met us at the showroom. Once we made our final decision he brought his project manager over. As they started the job his project manager and crew showed up every morning around the same time.
